Job Description - Human Resources Business Partner
  • Drive organizational change through data-based insights and influence.
  • Design efficient organizational structures to support business growth strategies.
  • Offer policies, conflict resolution, and change management coaching for a fair and equitable work environment.
  • Implement tools for leadership development, team training needs assessment, and employee relations activities.
  • Evaluate rewards and recognition programs and partner with cross-functional teams on compensation practices and employee relations counseling.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least five years of experience in an HR Business Partner role; backgrounds in retail or consumer products preferred.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of industry practices and trends, along with a proactive approach to future opportunities.
  • Proven track record of influencing senior executives and working collaboratively with high accountability.
  • Excellent communication skills, resilience, and discretion when managing sensitive information.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the capacity to navigate ambiguity while prioritizing business needs effectively.
