  • Manage all aspects of trucking and rental operations
  • Make decisions about route planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Oversee the maintenance and repair of trucks and equipment.
  • Monitor the daily operations on the construction site specifically the equipment.
  • Negotiate contracts with customers and vendors.
  • Handle customer service issues and operational problems.
  • Generate periodic reports and present to management all aspects of operations and profitability.
  • Coordinate with the Construction Manager with regards to necessary support for construction
  • Validate the proficiency and skill sets in hiring of drivers and operators.
  • Maintain and manage fleet trucking system.
  • Develop marketing network to increase client base.
  • Ensure the compliance with safety and all regulatory agencies.

Qualifications

  • Must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Customs Administration, Operations, Logistics, or equivalent.
  • Preferably with atleast 3-5 years of experience working in customs, port services, logistics, or transportation operations.
  • With experience in handling field personnel
  • Organize, systematic, problem solver and has above average analytical skills.
  • Firm grasp of business, and management principles.
  • Strong team player.
  • Flexible on work schedule.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
