  • Supervise and schedule food and beverage staff
  • Oversee food service, and act as an expeditor, when necessary, to ensure the timely movement of completed food orders from kitchen to customer table
  • Maintain knowledge and ensure compliance with departmental policies and standard service procedures.
  • Analyze all guest requirements and prepare plans resolve customer care related issues and satisfy guests.

Qualifications

  • Must be a graduate of BS Tourism, HRM or any Management course
  • At least 1 year of Supervisory working experience in a Hotel and Restaurant Environment/Food and Beverage Industry
  • Able to handle & manage corporate events

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php18,000.00 per month
