WE'RE HIRING: QA/QC Electrical Supervisor

(EPI) and Shell, dedicated to developing, owning, and operating large-scale solar, wind, and battery energy storage projects in the Philippines. We are committed to driving the country's transition to sustainable energy.

This role will lead the development and execution of QA/QC plans, working closely with engineering, construction, and contractor teams to uphold the highest standards of safety, compliance, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement project-specific QA/QC plans, inspection and test plans (ITPs), and quality checklists.

Conduct regular site inspections, quality audits, and materials testing throughout the project lifecycle.

Ensure compliance with local and international codes, standards, and project specifications (e.g., ISO, IEC, ASTM).

Lead the resolution of quality-related issues in coordination with EPC contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.

Prepare and manage quality documentation, including non-conformance reports (NCRs), corrective actions, and reports.

Provide training and guidance to site personnel on QA/QC protocols and best practices.

Support pre-commissioning and final acceptance inspections to ensure all deliverables meet quality benchmarks.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in QA/QC roles, ideally in the renewable energy or infrastructure sector.
  • Engineering Board passer / Professional Engineer.
  • Proven familiarity with QA/QC methodologies and international standards such as ISO 9001, IEC, and ASTM.
  • Solid understanding of solar PV, wind, or hybrid project execution is a strong advantage.
  • QA/QC or ISO certification preferred.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Willingness to be deployed on-site as needed.
