Philippines Growth Assistant Full time ₱700,000 - ₱800,000 per year

GrowthAssistant is looking for a Customer Operations Support who can confidently handle live chat, email tickets, and light backend admin tasks. You'll be the main point of contact, helping clients get quick answers and keeping our internal team updated.

*Must-haves:*

  • 1+ years HubSpot CRM experience.
  • 1+ years in customer support or client success.
  • Strong written communication skills — empathetic and professional.
  • Comfort with Slack for internal communications.
  • Intermediate with Google Sheets.
  • Ability to manage live website chat as the sole support agent.

Core Tasks:

  • Chat & Email Support (80%): Be the main agent on website chat and support tickets. Provide fast, empathetic responses and escalate when needed.
  • Backend Admin Tasks (minimal):
  • Log in to the account portal to adjust user permissions.
  • Check scan activity in the admin portal as needed.
  • Sales Guidance: Direct people to existing resources (e.g., pricing page, product specs). Share basic recommendations, such as suggesting the SNAP product when appropriate.
  • HubSpot CRM Updates: Update Deal/contact records when new information is available.
  • Troubleshooting Support (20%): Join Zoom calls for advanced issues after training.
  • Generate pre-paid shipping labels and handle RMA logistics as needed.
  • Provide templated reports and summaries (weekly inventory, support summaries).
