  • Create, Lead and Present concept pitch materials.
  • Conceptualizing and developing creative ideas for event and visual content
  • Compose and edit scripts, or provide writers with story outlines from which scripts can be written.
  • Collaborating with clients and team members to understand project requirements and ensure the final product meets expectations.
  • Collaborating with other team members including post team, prod team, and production crew to bring the scripts to life.
  • Overseeing the post-production process, including editing and finalizing the videos.
  • Directing video shoots and providing creative direction to the production team is a plus.
  • Working closely with clients to understand their needs and ensuring the final product meets their expectations.

Experience
Minimum Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in video or event production (typically 1-3 years).
  • Experience with project management and team leadership.
  • Familiarity with various stages of production, from pre-production to post-production.

Creative Skills

  • Strong storytelling abilities and creativity in visual communication.
  • Ability to develop and pitch concepts for event and video projects.
  • Skills in scriptwriting and storyboarding.

Communication Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team of creative professionals.
  • Organizational Skills:
  • Strong project management abilities to oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Attention to detail in both creative and technical aspects.

Technical Skills

  • Knowledge of graphic design software, particularly Adobe Photoshop, to create and edit graphics for pitch presentations.
  • Knowledge of video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc).
  • Knowledge of camera equipment and lighting techniques.
  • Understanding of sound recording and editing.
