Technical Sales Representative

Open Door Professionals is an HR solutions provider in the Philippines that specializes in recruitment, training, onboarding, and performance optimization for various industries, particularly in the BPO sector.

Right now, we're looking for Technical Sales Representatives to join our team. In this role, you'll assist customers with technical concerns while identifying opportunities to recommend suitable products or services.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers with technical inquiries and concerns via chat, email, or phone
  • Recommend relevant products or services based on customer needs.
  • Clearly explain service plans, features, and subscription options
  • Ensure customers have a smooth and positive experience throughout the interaction

Qualifications:

  • Willing to work onsite (Makati)
  • Open to shifting schedules
  • At least Senior High School graduate
  • Must have at least 1 year BPO experience (technical sales or upselling experience is a strong advantage)
  • Excellent written English communication skills for chat interactions

What You'll Get:

  • Base salary starts at ₱20,000 up to , ₱24,000 up to , depending on experience
