About the Role

As a Technical Sales Representative (NON-VOICE) at OpenDoor Professionals, you will play a crucial role in our client-facing team. This full-time position is based onsite in Makati City, Metro Manila, and offers the opportunity to engage with customers through various non-voice communication channels. Your primary focus will be to provide expert technical guidance, resolve customer inquiries, and drive sales for our innovative products and services.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Respond to customer inquiries and technical support requests via email, chat, and other digital communication channels
  • Provide in-depth product knowledge and technical expertise to assist customers in understanding and selecting the right solutions for their needs
  • Accurately document customer interactions and maintain detailed records of all communications
  • Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience and timely resolution of issues
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest product features, industry trends, and competitive landscape

What We're Looking For

  • At least Senior High School / Old Curriculum High School graduate
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in a technical sales or customer support role, preferably in the BPO industry
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Willing to work onsite (Makati)
  • Flexible to work on shifting schedules
  • Passion for providing exceptional customer service and a commitment to continuous learning
