About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Fullstack Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will participate in the full lifecycle of web application projects, develop new applications or enhancements, and provide support for existing systems. This role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities

Project Development:

  • Participate in the full lifecycle of web application projects.
  • Develop new applications or enhance existing ones.
  • Deliver multiple projects with competing timelines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Perform unit testing to ensure application quality.
  • Implement best security practices for applications and services.
  • Work independently while staying aligned with short- and long-term objectives.
  • Comply with SDLC and CMMI standards.
  • Prepare documentation for major and complex development tasks.

Application Support:

  • Provide support and resolve issues raised by project managers and stakeholders.
  • Detect root causes of issues and implement preventive measures.
  • Deliver solutions to ensure business continuity.

Technical & Functional Competencies
  • Programming: C#, .NET Core MVC, .NET 6, React, JavaScript
  • Web Services: REST API, Swagger, Postman
  • Database: MS SQL
  • UI: HTML5, SASS/CSS (Bootstrap 5)
  • Tools: Azure DevOps
  • Methodologies: Agile Scrum, Kanban
  • Nice to Have: Knowledge of Azure Cloud Services

Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Fullstack web development and application support.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Strong English communication skills (read, write, speak).
  • Ability to read technical and functional specifications.
  • Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting and providing solutions.
