Fullstack Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Fullstack Developer experienced in building robust, scalable, and maintainable enterprise applications. The ideal candidate is someone who thrives in both backend and frontend development, has strong analytical skills, and enjoys collaborating within an Agile environment to deliver innovative digital solutions.

As a Senior Analyst Programmer (Fullstack), you will design, develop, and integrate software components using Microsoft .NET, SQL Server, and ReactJS, while ensuring adherence to industry best practices and high-quality code standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable .NET Core/Framework code.
• Develop, implement, and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and database structures.
• Build responsive and dynamic front-end applications using ReactJS, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (ES6+).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Participate in agile ceremonies such as estimation, standups, sprint planning, grooming, and retrospectives.
• Manage code merges, pull requests, and software releases using Git and version control best practices.
• Conduct thorough unit and integration testing before deployment.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve defects raised by QA or end users.
• Maintain clear documentation and provide regular updates on project status and progress.
• Continuously research and adopt new tools, patterns, and practices to improve team productivity.
• Support and mentor junior developers by sharing technical expertise and conducting peer reviews.
• Perform other development-related tasks as assigned.

Core Qualifications and Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience with Microsoft .NET (Core/Framework) for backend development.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in SQL Server, including complex query writing, optimization, and database tuning.
• 2+ years of experience developing modern front-end applications with ReactJS, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, and CSS.
• 1+ year of experience using TypeScript to build scalable and strongly typed applications.
• 2+ years working with Git for version control, branching, and collaborative workflows.
• 1+ year of Agile/Scrum experience, participating actively in sprint-based delivery.
• Solid understanding of software development best practices—including SOLID principles, clean architecture, testing, and code review.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, HTTP, and modern web development fundamentals.
• Experience with dependency injection, unit testing frameworks, and performance optimization techniques.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills—able to articulate technical ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Adaptable, proactive, and continuously learning emerging technologies and frameworks.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)

• Experience with Azure, AWS, or other cloud platforms.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Docker, or Kubernetes.
• Exposure to microservices architecture and API gateway integration.
• Experience with Power BI, Power Automate, or other Microsoft O365 tools.
