PURPOSE: Consistently implements all standard operating procedures and quality standard in kitchen operation.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Prepares all menu items ensuring high quality and availability at all times.
  • Ensures that products are served to the guests within standard serving time.
  • Follows Pre-set standards of the restaurant's products through the use of standard recipes, sanitary procedures and portion control.
  • Attends regular training of kitchen staff.
  • Follows strategies that ensure achievement of targets/objectives.
  • Prepares all customer requests or special orders as instructed by Head Cook.
  • Complies with kitchen hygiene procedures, ensuring that his work station is kept clean, tidy and organize at all times.
  • Follows procedural standards (Inventory, Requisition, Production, Storage, FIFO, etc.) and contributes to efficient control of food cost through minimizing spoilage.
  • Contributes to reduction of spoilage expense through strict implementation of food handling and storage procedures.
  • Performs physical inventory count, daily stock update in respective report forms.
  • Ensures that all kitchen equipment, utensils, etc. in his work station are complete, properly maintained and are in good working condition.
  • Follows new systems and procedures to achieve smooth workflow within the Kitchen Area.
  • Prepares the accurate station reports and submit to Quality Controller on time.
  • Follows the company's code of conduct.
  • Perform any other task to be given from time to time.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION: At least second year College

EXPERIENCE: One (1) year experience as a Kitchen Staff is an advantage

SKILLS:

  • Detail oriented
  • Passion for quality
  • Patient, honest and trustworthy
  • Willing to be assigned in any CIBO outlet.
  • Above average communication skills
  • Working knowledge of Word and Excel
  • Friendly and personable

SUPERVISION: Standard; attention to detail required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php16, Php18,000.00 per month
