Job description
A. Cooking Skills
Makes DIMSUM from scratch following set standards.
B. Ensures Quality Products
Ensures proper preparation of fresh ingredients.
Ensures preparation of ingredients according to specifications.
Follows proper procedure for receiving, handling, and storing ingredients and raw materials.
C. Maintains Restaurant Kitchen Areas
Ensures kitchen areas are clean and in good condition.
Ensures proper cleaning and restocking of kitchen stations.
Ensures equipment maintenance is performed regularly and when necessary.
D. Ensures Quality Customer Service
- Recognizes and deals effectively with special customer types and needs.
E. Performs Administrative Requirements
Completes inventory.
Ensures adherence to control procedures.
F. Performs Other Related Duties and Functions Assigned by his/her Superior.
- Job Specifications:
· With at least one(1) year of working experience as a DIMSUM Maker/ Staff, preferably in a CHINESE Casual Dining and/ or Fine Dining Restaurant
· Can work long hours
· Available to start anytime
