ARCHITECT (Licensed)

About the Role

We are looking for a Licensed Architect who will be responsible for developing design concepts, preparing architectural plans, coordinating with engineers and consultants, and ensuring projects comply with local building codes and standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, creative, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop architectural concepts, schematic designs, and detailed plans
  • Prepare complete sets of drawings using CAD and/or BIM (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, etc.)
  • Coordinate with structural, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical engineers
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure construction alignment with plans
  • Prepare design presentations, material specifications, and cost estimates
  • Ensure compliance with the National Building Code of the Philippines, local zoning ordinances, and other regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate closely with clients, contractors, and project managers
  • Review and revise plans based on feedback and site conditions

Qualifications
  • Licensed Architect (PRC Registered) — required
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and other design software
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and local building codes
  • Excellent communication and project coordination skills
  • At least 3-5 years of relevant experience

Preferred Skills
  • Experience with project management
  • Knowledge in interior design and space planning
  • Rendering skills (Lumion, V-Ray, Enscape)
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision
