About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Trimble Estimator specializing in HVAC and/or Plumbing projects. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in project estimation, take-offs, and the use of Trimble AutoBID software to deliver accurate and competitive proposals.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed project estimates and proposals.
• Perform accurate Take-Offs: extract material quantities, labor values, equipment, and subcontractor pricing.
• Read and interpret architectural and structural plans; understand specifications and apply sound judgment.
• Estimate HVAC and/or Plumbing projects with precision.
• Document and monitor project scope thoroughly.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment and accuracy.
• Maintain high attention to detail and deliver accurate work consistently.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in project estimation and proposal preparation.
• Strong Take-Off experience (materials, labor, equipment, subcontractor pricing).
• Ability to read plans and understand specifications.
• Hands-on experience with Trimble AutoBID (must-have).
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering (strong requirement).
• HVAC and/or Plumbing estimation experience.
• Excellent documentation and monitoring skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills for dealing with diverse project partners.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications

• Currently working as a Mechanical Engineer (highly preferred).

Pay: Php100, Php120,000.00 per month
