Digital Marketer / Graphic Designer (Onsite) 

Job Description:

  • Create and design graphics and visual content for social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, and others.
  • Work with the team to develop and execute social media marketing campaigns that align with the overall marketing strategy.
  • Collaborate with the Copywriting Team to develop visual content that enhances the messaging and tone of the social media posts.
  • Stay up to date with social media trends and best practices in visual design and incorporate them into our social media content.
  • Manage multiple projects at once and ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all social media platforms and ensure that all content aligns with brand guidelines.
  • Work with other members of the creative team to develop and execute digital campaigns and projects as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or any related field.
  • Proven experience as a Digital Marketer / Graphic Designer.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other design tools.
  • Strong understanding of branding principles across digital platforms.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
  • Demonstrated ability to create visual content that aligns with brand messaging and tone.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (i.e. Copywriting Team).
  • Ability to manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of design trends, best practices, and platform-specific updates.
  • A portfolio showcasing social media graphics, campaign designs, and creative projects.
