BASIC FUNCTIONS:
Strong Industry Knowledge and Subject Matter Expertise. A great trainer should have in-depth knowledge of the industry and topic that they will be training in. Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, adapting to multiple areas with varying outcomes.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Activation ( Training & Account Management)
- Collaborate with the stakeholder to understand client needs and tailor activation strategies accordingly.
- Facilitate and develop training programs for clients transitioning from sales to implementation phase.
- Knowledge in teaching and ability to design and present to the client by providing training materials related to business needs
- Coordinate with clients to ensure smooth onboarding, implementation, account management, and post-sales support.
- Actively engage with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance client activation processes and improve overall customer retention.
- Provide timely and effective support to clients throughout the activation process.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to client activation and support activities.
- Field Visits & Customer Service Skills
After Sales Support ( Customer Service) - Other tasks
- Respond promptly to service calls and perform onsite repairs as needed, adhering to strict service level agreements (SLAs).
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address escalated technical issues and contribute to process improvement initiatives
- Keep detailed records of service calls, maintenance activities, and inventory.
Requirements:
- Experience developing training materials in BANKING & FINANCE.
- Familiar with traditional and modern training processes.
- With previous experience in client-facing roles, preferably in activation, implementation, or account management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Advanced Research or attention to detail.
- Excellent in Written & Oral Communication.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
- Proficiency in relevant software applications and tools.
Educational Requirements:
- Must be a graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies, Administration, Management, Commerce, Marketing, Education, Business Development, IT, Computer Science, or a related field. A technical certification or degree is also preferred.
- With at least two (2) years of experience
- Master's Degree (MBA) is a plus at least
- Highly proficient in computer-related business and communication skills
- Language Preference: Luzon, Visayas & Mindanao
