Duties and Responsibilities:
  1. Monitor telecom network performance, focusing on red loss alerts and other service-impacting issues.
  2. Provide remote technical support to field personnel for troubleshooting and resolution.
  3. Coordinate with project managers and field officers to ensure proper escalation and timely closure of incidents.
  4. Analyze recurring issues and recommend preventive actions or process improvements.
  5. Prepare accurate reports on red loss cases, trends, and resolution timelines.
  6. Validate and document technical support activities and maintain updated records.
  7. Support operational efficiency by ensuring compliance with company standards and client requirements.
