The Marketing Supervisor is responsible for driving strategic brand marketing activities, including direct execution through close partnerships with agencies, internal teams, and other stakeholders.

Geographical areas of responsibility: Philippines, and other regions that may be assigned.

Event Management & Coordination: Plan, organize, and execute internal and external events, including conferences, seminars, webinars, trade shows, and corporate gatherings.

Content Creation & Design: Develop and execute content initiatives across multiple platforms, including social media, case histories, company websites, email campaigns, and print materials.

Email Marketing & Automation: Design, execute, and optimize targeted email marketing campaigns using Salesforce Pardot and Mailchimp.

CRM Administration, Lead Management & Sales Enablement: Manage and optimize CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics & Salesforce Pardot).

Web Optimization, SEO, and Google Ads Management: Oversee website maintenance, updates, and performance optimization on WordPress and GoDaddy.

Social Media Engagement: Develop and implement social media content to boost brand awareness, audience engagement.

Video Production: Oversee the production of video content, including project highlights, case studies, promotional materials, and educational content.

Promotional Activities: Supervise the promotional initiatives, developing targeted campaigns to enhance brand visibility and increase membership engagement.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Liaise with internal teams, external agencies, vendors, and partners to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives.

Administrative & Ad-Hoc Tasks: Handle various administrative tasks related to marketing operations, including budget tracking.
