Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in loading and unloading items from the delivery vehicle.
  • Ensure proper handling of company products to avoid damage.
  • Check and verify items against delivery documents (DR, invoice, packing list).
  • Help maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the delivery vehicle.
  • Assist the driver in navigating and locating delivery destinations.
  • Provide customer assistance during delivery and obtain required signatures.
  • Carry heavy items safely and follow proper lifting techniques.
  • Report any delivery issues, delays, or damaged items to the supervisor.
  • Follow all company policies, safety rules, and traffic regulations.
  • Perform other related tasks assigned by the driver or logistics supervisor.

Qualifications:

  • At least High School Graduate
  • Physically fit; able to lift heavy items.
  • With experience as delivery helper or warehouse aide (preferred but not required).
  • Basic knowledge of delivery routes within the area is an advantage.
  • Honest, reliable, and can work with minimal supervision.
  • Good customer service attitude.
