As an
AU Sourcing Specialist,
you'll partner with recruiters to understand requirements, source and screen candidates, and maintain a talent pipeline. You will engage with professionals globally, manage ATS data, and provide exceptional candidate experiences to support international hiring needs.

The Qualifications We Seek

• 3-5 years of strong Australian recruitment and sourcing experience
• Proven ability to identify, attract, and engage
  passive candidates
  through multiple sourcing strategies
• Proficiency in
  LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean search techniques, and social sourcing tools
• Experience with SEEK Talent Search and LinkedIn Search
  is essential
• Proven ability to handle
  administrative tasks with accuracy and efficiency
• Excellent
  communication and interpersonal skills
  , with the ability to build rapport quickly with candidates and stakeholders
• Detail-oriented, with strong
  organizational and time management skills
• Ability to
  work independently
  while managing multiple requisitions
• Experience in doing volume sourcing for Australian Shared Service Centers is preferred
• Expertise in
  MS applications (Excel, MS Word)
  is strongly preferred
• Can start ASAP
• This is a fully onsite position at our Mandaluyong office
• Available to work Mondays to Fridays, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM Manila time

Your Daily Tasks

• Partner with Recruiters to understand role requirements and candidate profiles
• Source candidates through a variety of channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and social media
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline of qualified professionals for current and future hiring needs
• Screen and engage with potential candidates to assess skills and experience
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
