Your Role at a Glance
Be part of our client's team as an Executive Assistant and provide consistent, proactive, and reliable support to senior leaders and teams. You'll manage schedules, coordinate travel, oversee events, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations while contributing to a thriving workplace culture.

What You'll Bring
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic, changing environment
- At least 5 years of relevant experience
- Experience as a team assistant or virtual assistant supporting a large team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience in organizing team meetings, events, and engagement activities
- Proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong attention to detail with excellent written and oral communication skills across different stakeholders and levels of seniority
- Experience in expense management systems (e.g., Concur, Netsuite)

Your Daily Impact
- Support three senior leaders in the Financial Services team:
- General Manager, Commercial
- Executive Manager, Mortgage Solutions
- Executive Manager, Communications, Events & Franchise Marketing
- Provide administrative support across the wider Financial Services team, including teamwide events at the GBS Manila office
- Collaborate with a small team of four Assistants to ensure consistent and accurate support for senior leaders
Core Duties
- Provide proactive and accurate support to senior leaders as part of the Executive & Team Assistants group
- Manage leaders' diaries, schedules, and task priorities
- Coordinate travel bookings and itineraries
- Plan and organize offsites, events, showcases, and celebrations
- Process invoices and manage expenses according to company policies and guidelines
- Identify and implement improvements to systems and procedures to maximize team efficiency
- Uphold leaders' reputations and contribute positively to team culture
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality at all times
