Job Description:

  • In-charge of marketing and promotions. It includes market analysis and research on latest trends in social media. Scheduled social media content (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) to promote hotel offers, events, and partnerships. Managed paid ad campaigns and boosted posts
  • Wrote captions and ad copies that highlight exclusive perks and encourage direct bookings.
  • Assist in creation and implementation of Marketing plan.
  • Creates product design using Adobe Creative Tools.
  • Generate, plan, and execute marketing activities, social media calendar and partnerships for the assigned products or brand/s
  • Assist in the planning and implementation of events & partnerships. Handled collaboration proposals and partnership letters for brand tie-ups and event sponsorships.
  • Supervised influencer collaborations and invited content creators to hotel events.
  • Public Relations & Communication. Draft formal letters and partnership proposals (to event organizers, potential collaborators, and suppliers)
  • Partnered with banks, companies, and restaurants for cross-promotional campaigns, employee discounts, and co-branded marketing initiatives to expand the hotel's visibility and clientele base.
  • Managed event logistics, including booth setups, giveaways, and prize allocations.
  • All other tasks related to Marketing.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, Multimedia Arts or any related field.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Knowledge using Adobe Software

· Skills including social media, photo and video editing

· Proficient in Microsoft Office

· Fresh Graduates may apply

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php21, Php25,000.00 per month
