QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in software quality assurance or testing.
  • Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies.
  • Experience with bug-tracking tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar.
  • Familiarity with testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Katalon, Postman) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

  • Develop, document, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
  • Perform functional, non-functional, regression, system, and acceptance testing.
  • Identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies using bug-tracking tools.
  • Collaborate with the development and product teams to understand requirements and ensure thorough test coverage.
  • Ensure that software meets quality standards before deployment by conducting UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
  • Monitor and analyze testing results to improve the testing process.
  • Assist in root cause analysis and provide detailed documentation of test findings.
  • Stay updated with QA best practices, tools, and methodologies.
