· Review and verify the accuracy and completeness of documents

· Review and verify scanned documents to CRM

· Conduct audits of loan files to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies

· Identify and report discrepancies or errors in collateral documentation

· Collaborate with Loans Department and other departments to resolve issues and improve processes.

· Maintain detailed records of audit findings and corrective actions

· Assist in the development and implementation of quality assurance procedures and best practices.

Qualifications

· Bachelor's Degree in finance, business administration or a related field

· with experience in quality assurance or in loan processing

· Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.

· Effective communication and interpersonal skills

· Proficiency in Microsoft office
