About the Role

As a CRM Process Manager, you'll design and lead Salesforce CRM and MarTech strategies that connect sales and marketing programs end-to-end. You'll partner with senior client stakeholders, translate business needs into technical solutions, and ensure successful delivery in complex, multi-cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop CRM strategy and business cases for large-scale programs.
  • Drive customer acquisition and engagement initiatives.
  • Lead the full lifecycle of CRM/Salesforce programs — from requirement gathering and solution design to deployment.
  • Manage sales & marketing program execution with a strong focus on measurable outcomes.
  • Analyze data to optimize campaigns and identify process improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional, global teams and senior client executives.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 8+ years
    relevant CRM/Salesforce experience.
  • Proven track record in Salesforce multi-cloud implementation (Sales, Service, Marketing Cloud).
  • Salesforce certifications across different Clouds.
  • Strong consulting background and client-facing delivery experience.
  • Expertise in CRM/MarTech strategy, sales & marketing transformation.
  • Data-driven decision-making and analytics skills.
  • Willingness to work in BGC, Taguig (hybrid/RTO as required).

Good-to-Have

  • Experience with channel integration and real-time decisioning.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing channels and how they work together.
  • Background in managing CRM programs for large, complex clients.
