Employment Type: Project-Based (1 YEAR)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Job Summary:

We are looking for an HR Specialist – Recruitment who will support the end-to-end hiring process for various positions within the organization. The role is key in ensuring timely and efficient recruitment through screening, interviewing, and onboarding qualified candidates.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of BS in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or any related field
  • With at least 1 year of experience in recruitment or HR-related work
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and online recruitment platforms
  • Can work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Amenable to project-based work and willing to be assigned in Baloy, Tablon, Cagayan de Oro

Key Responsibilities:

  • Screen and evaluate candidate applications based on job requirements
  • Conduct initial interviews and assessments
  • Facilitate and deliver company orientation for new hires
  • Provide administrative support to the Recruitment Team and Hiring Managers
  • Maintain accurate recruitment records and applicant database
