Sales Account Manager

I. ROLE OVERVIEW
This position focuses on revenue generation through active customer engagement. The role is responsible for identifying business opportunities, sourcing and qualifying prospects, managing the sales cycle, and closing deals to support company growth.
II. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create and execute sales strategies that respond to market conditions and competitive landscape
- Acquire new customers while strengthening and growing existing client accounts
- Manage and nurture long-term relationships with clients, partners, and vendors
- Prepare and manage sales-related documents such as proposals, bids, contracts, and scopes of work
- Monitor and maintain accurate sales pipelines and opportunities using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
- Ensure customer satisfaction through post-sale coordination and support
- Develop and present pricing proposals that are competitive and commercially sound
- Maintain accurate documentation of sales activities, pricing, and performance
- Work closely with internal teams, technology units, partners, and solution providers
- Build strong product and solution knowledge to clearly communicate value propositions
- Participate in training programs, product briefings, industry events, and trade shows
- Perform other related tasks as assigned
III. QUALIFICATIONS
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, ICT, or a related discipline
Experience
- Experience handling corporate or enterprise-level B2B accounts
- Background in IT sales or account management is highly preferred
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong understanding of market trends and industry landscape
- Ability to plan, execute, and drive business growth initiatives
IV. WORK ARRANGEMENT
- Flexibility to work beyond regular office hours, including weekends or holidays, when business needs require
