About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Financial Account* Virtual Process agent to join our dynamic team at AUXILIA INC'. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and handling a variety of financial-related inquiries and transactions. Based in Pampanga, Central Luzon, this position offers the flexibility of working in a virtual environment.

What you'll be doing

  1. Responding to inbound calls and emails from customers with queries or issues related to their financial accounts
  2. Providing accurate and timely information to customers, addressing their concerns, and guiding them through various financial processes
  3. Processing financial transactions, such as payments, transfers, and account updates, in a timely and efficient manner
  4. Maintaining detailed records and documentation of all customer interactions and transactions
  5. Identifying and escalating any complex or sensitive issues to the appropriate team members
  6. Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and industry regulations

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in a customer service or call centre environment, preferably in the financial services industry
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a professional and empathetic manner
  3. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to quickly assess and resolve customer issues
  4. Proficiency in using various computer and software applications, including customer relationship management (CRM) systems
  5. A keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation
  6. A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a willingness to go the extra mile to meet customer needs
