Position Overview
RecruitGo is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented professional to join our team in supporting member benefits administration. The role will involve managing key processes related to eligibility, member enrollment, COBRA notices, and maintaining accurate member information. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in the US insurance agency/brokerage industry and be highly proficient with Applied Epic.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Member Enrollment
Member Termination
Change member information
- COBRA Notice
Generate a COBRA general notice
Generate a COBRA Election notice
Must-haves:
- Willing to work in the Graveyard shift. Or comfortable to work the same hours as NY.
- US insurance agency/brokerage experience is a must.
- Must know how to use the management system called Applied Epic.
- 2-3 years of experience is a must
Nice-to-haves:
- Optional - Language- Chinese or Korean (This is a plus)
- Managerial roles responsible for managing and training these staff

- Work Set up:
This role will begin as work-from-home and transition to a full-time onsite setup.
Candidates must be located anywhere in Pampanga.
- Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday; 8AM-5PM OR 9AM-6PM NY Time
