Key Responsibilities:

o Project Management: Leading technical projects from conception to deployment, managing timelines, budgets, and resources.

o Team Leadership: Overseeing technical teams, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.

o Technical Strategy: Developing and implementing the company's technical strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

o Resource Management: Planning and allocating resources effectively to support projects and operations.

o Collaboration: Working with cross-functional teams (product, design, sales, etc.) to ensure successful project delivery.

o Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating potential technical risks.

o Staying Updated: Keeping abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies.

o Compliance: Ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.

o Performance Monitoring: Evaluating the performance of systems and processes, identifying areas for improvement.

o Communication: Clearly communicating technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Chemical Engineering.

· With extensive experiences in Food, Beverage and Pharmaceutical Processing Machineries.

· Proficient in verbal and written communication.

· Team Player.

· Hardworking, Enthusiastic, Trustworthy, and Multi-tasking.

· Must know AutoCAD

· At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

· Experience specialized in Manufacturing/Production Operations or equivalent.

· Preferably lives in Rizal area.

· Salary may change upon interview
