Sales and Marketing Assistant

At CMV Interior Designs, we don't just create beautiful spaces — we build lasting relationships with our clients. We are looking for a proactive, confident, and personable Sales and Marketing Assistant who will serve as the bridge between our design team and our valued clients, ensuring a smooth, professional, and engaging experience from inquiry to project completion.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Engagement and Communication

  • Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries through phone, Viber, WhatsApp, email, and social media channels.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to all client messages and calls.
  • Record and organize all client details (name, project location, contact info, requirements, and timeline) for quotation and coordination purposes.
  • Maintain a client-focused and service-oriented approach in every interaction.

2. Client Meetings and Presentations

  • Attend meetings with clients alongside the design or sales team.
  • Present company services, design proposals, and project offerings clearly and confidently.
  • Prepare presentation materials, proposals, and client decks when needed.
  • Take meeting notes and ensure proper follow-up actions are tracked and communicated.

3. Sales Documentation and Filing

  • Prepare, encode, and organize sales documents such as client information sheets, quotation requests, and follow-up reports.
  • Maintain an organized digital and physical filing system for all client-related correspondence and records.
  • Ensure all documents are updated, properly labeled, and easily accessible.

4. Quotation and Coordination Support

  • Coordinate with the design and project teams to gather measurements, data, and details needed for quotation preparation.
  • Forward complete client details to the Client Engagement Manager or Design Solutions Officer for pricing and proposal development.
  • Follow up on pending quotations and ensure clients receive timely updates.

5. Sales Tracking and Reporting

  • Monitor inquiries, quotations, and client feedback using the company's sales tracker or database.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to the Sales Head on new leads, negotiations, and pending follow-ups.
  • Support marketing activities such as email campaigns, promotional messages, and client recall initiatives.

6. Internal Coordination

  • Liaise with internal teams (Design, Marketing, Admin) to ensure smooth communication and proper handover of client requirements.
  • Assist in administrative tasks such as document preparation, printing, and data encoding related to sales and marketing activities.

7. Customer Service and Relationship Building

  • Ensure clients receive timely updates and follow-ups on their project inquiries or quotations.
  • Maintain professionalism, positivity, and attentiveness in all communications to foster trust and satisfaction.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, contributing to repeat business and referrals.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or any related field.
  • With or without experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Confident, approachable, and client-oriented personality.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Interest or background in interior design, architecture, or creative industries is a plus.
