We are looking for an Office Engineer to join our growing team. The role involves providing technical and administrative support to ensure smooth project operations, accurate documentation, and proper coordination between the site and office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and monitor project documentation such as plans, drawings, reports, permits, and correspondence.
  • Assist in quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and preparation of progress billings.
  • Coordinate with site engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers regarding material requests, deliveries, and schedules.
  • Maintain accurate records of project files, transmittals, and revisions.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for management review.
  • Review and check plans, specifications, and shop drawings for accuracy and compliance.
  • Support project engineers in monitoring project timelines and accomplishments.
  • Handle documentation related to requests for inspection (RFI), change orders, and variation orders.
  • Assist in the preparation of bidding documents and technical proposals.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and project quality standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • With at least 6 months of work or experience in construction or engineering projects.
  • Not required to be a Licensed Engineer
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge in AutoCAD is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail, good communication, and organizational skills.
  • Willing to learn, flexible, and can work under minimal supervision.

  • Office is located at Retiro, Quezon City.
