As an
*LMS Specialist
, you will be responsible for the design, optimization, and technical management of our Learning Management System (LMS). You will oversee daily system operations, provide user support, resolve technical issues, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure continuous, seamless online course delivery.

What You Will Do

  • Ensure that 1Aviation's Mission, Vision, and Values are achieved.
  • Promote and ensure compliance with Quality, Safety, Security, and Customer Service standards in line with regulations and company policies.
  • Manage the day-to-day operation of the LMS, monitoring system performance, configurations, and access.
  • Investigate and resolve technical issues such as login difficulties, error messages, and access problems.
  • Provide technical support to users via phone, email, or in person and escalate complex issues when needed.
  • Create and maintain course shells, user accounts, access roles, and privileges.
  • Assist instructors with course design needs and ensure smooth functionality of training modules.
  • Collaborate with vendors to test, implement, and support system updates, changes, and integrations.
  • Develop and publish user guides, documentation, and resources for trainers and employees.
  • Stay updated on new LMS technologies and recommend improvements.
  • Conduct hands-on training seminars, workshops, or serve as a backup trainer/proctor when needed.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the Training Manager.

*An ideal candidate for this role should possess the following qualifications:
Educational Background*

  • Must be a graduate of Industrial Design or Education Media Design

Training / Certifications

  • Proficiency in MS Office and database software
