About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and regulatory bodies.

  • Ensure compliance with local laws, safety standards, and company policies.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and operational improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain management.
  • Proven track record in senior leadership roles (Country Manager, Site Director, or similar).
  • Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets and P&L.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
