Key Responsibilities

  • Data Review & Preparation: Review Excel-based data mapping files for customer migrations, learning to cross-reference data fields between systems
  • Documentation Support: Assist in documenting data mapping procedures and maintaining accurate records for each customer migration
  • Basic Configuration: Perform straightforward configuration.
  • Issue Identification: Help identify data inconsistencies or irregularities and document them for review
  • Data Organization: Keep all migration documentation organized and current in shared team repositories

What You Will Bring (Required Qualifications)

  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel (sorting, filtering, and willingness to learn functions like VLOOKUP)
  • Strong attention to detail and an organized approach to work
  • Ability to follow instructions and document work clearly
  • Clear written communication skills for notes and documentation
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a technical environment
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to take on new challenges

Job Type: Full-time
