Role Description

We're looking for a proactive and resourceful Marketing & Research Specialist to join our team. This role combines creative content marketing with in-depth research across a wide range of topics—from blog and LinkedIn content to AI tools and podcast guest sourcing. You'll help build our brand visibility, support our strategic initiatives, and ensure our marketing materials are always backed by solid data and insights.

Key Responsibilities

General Research

  • Conduct comprehensive research on a wide range of topics, including:

    • Industry trends, competitors, and target markets

    • Podcast guest sourcing and background checks

    • AI tools and technologies relevant to our services

    • Client or internal topics that require deep-dive exploration

  • Present findings clearly and concisely via written summaries, spreadsheets, or presentations

  • Stay updated on emerging platforms, best practices, and innovations across industries

Blog Writing & Content Development

  • Write well-researched, SEO-optimized blog articles

  • Repurpose blog content into LinkedIn posts, email copy, or visuals

  • Collaborate with team members and subject matter experts for technical accuracy

LinkedIn Management

  • Plan and post LinkedIn content to build authority and engagement

  • Write clear, strategic captions aligned with our tone and goals

  • Monitor engagement and suggest ways to boost visibility

Content Creation & Design

  • Design branded graphics, marketing collateral, infographics, and decks

  • Create polished presentations and webinar slides for internal and client use

  • Use tools such as Canva, Adobe Suite, and PowerPoint to deliver professional, on-brand assets

Webinar & Event Support

  • Prepare promotional materials and presentation decks

  • Assist with scheduling, coordination, and follow-up content

  • Support lead generation and community-building through event marketing

Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor blog and LinkedIn performance using tools like Google Analytics, LinkedIn Insights, etc.

  • Track and report on key content and audience metrics

  • Use data insights to refine strategies and identify opportunities

What You'll Need

  • 2 years of experience in marketing, research, or content roles

  • Strong analytical and writing skills, with a proven ability to explain complex topics clearly

  • Experience conducting market and general research independently

  • Proficiency in Canva, PowerPoint, Google Workspace, and at least one content management tool

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Familiarity with LinkedIn strategy, SEO, and content marketing best practices

  • Bonus: Experience with AI tools, podcast guest research, or webinar coordination

  • Background in working with international or service-based businesses is a plus
