Job Summary: 

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. This entry-level role is open for recent graduates with a passion for social media, email marketing, and digital engagement. You will assist in creating and managing content across various platforms, maintain a consistent brand presence online, and help track and analyze campaign performance. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience and grow your skills in a fast-paced marketing environment. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Assist in setting up and managing digital marketing campaigns across various online channels.
  • Conduct keyword research to support both paid advertising and organic search strategies.
  • Help optimize campaign copy, targeting, and landing pages to improve engagement and conversions.
  • Track and report on campaign performance using analytics and reporting tools.
  • Conduct competitor and market research to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Work with the content and creative teams to develop marketing assets.
  • Stay informed on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications: 

  • Familiarity with major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) and their basic functions
  • Basic understanding of content creation and brand voice consistency across digital channels
  • Strong interest in social media marketing and audience engagement best practices
  • Ability to monitor and respond to online interactions in a professional and timely manner
  • Exposure to or willingness to learn analytics tools (e.g., Meta Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, Google Analytics)
  • Basic knowledge of email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or similar)
  • Comfortable working with email list segmentation and analyzing campaign metrics (open rates, click-through rates, etc.)
  • Good written communication skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of digital marketing
  • Open to fresh graduates
  • Amenable to work onsite, Monday to Friday 8AM-5PM.
