As our Marketing Specialist, you'll be the voice of our brand online. From creating SEO-friendly articles to building out a learning hub and sharing engaging content across platforms, you'll help homeowners get the information they need, while showing them why New Heights Roofing is their best choice.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a Learning Center on our website to answer common roofing questions and guide homeowner decisions.
• Write SEO-optimized articles (approx. 2 per week) based on customer feedback and industry insights.
• Build and update service and location pages to strengthen search visibility.
• Create scripts for educational video content; edit and organize footage for publishing.
• Post consistently across social media platforms to increase visibility and brand recognition.
• Create portfolio posts showcasing completed projects, including descriptions and images.
• Stay up to date with SEO best practices and leverage new AI-driven content tools.
• Track metrics and produce weekly reports to measure growth and impact.
• Apply an understanding of psychology and buyer behavior to influence decision-making through content.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in content creation, SEO, or digital marketing.
• Excellent writing and editing skills with the ability to simplify technical topics.
• Knowledge of SEO strategies, keyword research, and content optimization.
• Video editing or scriptwriting experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational and reporting skills.
• Ability to research and quickly learn new topics (construction/roofing knowledge is a bonus, but not required).
• Self-motivated, curious, and eager to grow with a team that values innovation.

Compensation

• Full time position
• Hourly Rate at $6 to $8 per hour, based on experience.
