The Role

As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing marketing initiatives for one of our valued clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver consistent, compelling strategies aligned with their business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns across digital platforms (social media, email, paid ads) and offline channels.
  • Manage content calendar, ensuring timely delivery of engaging and brand-aligned materials.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs.
  • Track, measure, and report on campaign performance with recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with sales and operations teams to align marketing efforts with goals.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and partners as needed.
  • Support event planning, promotional activities, and brand development initiatives.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Minimum 1 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within professional services.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, email marketing platforms, CRM systems, etc.).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Creative thinker with strong organizational and project management skills.
