Job Summary:

CyTech is seeking an experienced Software Development Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of cybersecurity software projects. This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing risks, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and delivering projects that align with organizational cybersecurity objectives and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and manage comprehensive project plans including scope, schedule, budget, and resources for cybersecurity software initiatives.

· Lead collaboration among IT, security analysts, developers, and external vendors to ensure successful project execution.

· Conduct regular risk assessments, identifying and mitigating cybersecurity threats pertinent to project goals.

· Monitor project progress, adjust plans as necessary, and report status to stakeholders.

· Ensure compliance with cybersecurity frameworks and regulatory standards such as NIST, ISO 27001, and GDPR.

· Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, procurement, and vendor relations.

· Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to maintain alignment and transparency.

· Manage incident response coordination and develop training programs relevant to project scope.

·Drive continuous improvement of project management methodologies specific to cybersecurity projects.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.

· Minimum 1-2 years of project management experience in IT or cybersecurity domains.

· Strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles, compliance requirements, and risk management.

· Proficient in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, or similar.

· Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

· Ability to work onsite in Cagayan de Oro City and coordinate with international teams across different time zones.
