Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, milestones, and resources.
  • Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure project deliverables are on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
  • Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders, including clients, team members, and management.
  • Prepare and deliver regular reports on project status, issues, and successes.
  • Ensure all projects adhere to quality standards and compliance requirements.
  • Lead project meetings and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Job Specifications

· Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or a related field

· Licensed Mechanical Engineer

· Proven 3-year experience as a Project Manager, ideally in Waste Water Treatment

· Strong understanding of project management methodologies

· Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

· Proficient with project management software

· Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.

Location: Claveria, Misamis Oriental

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
