Job Summary:

CyTech is looking for a Senior Web Developer with strong leadership and technical skills to lead the design, development, and maintenance of secure, performant web applications tailored to cybersecurity needs. The Senior Web Developer will collaborate closely with cybersecurity teams and stakeholders, ensuring that projects meet technical standards and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead the design, development, and maintenance of secure web applications built to handle increasing user demands.

· Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure coding standards and best practices are met.

· Collaborate with cybersecurity experts to integrate security practices throughout the development lifecycle.

· Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to maintain optimal performance and security.

· Prepare technical documentation and design workflows.

· Stay updated on the latest web technologies and cybersecurity trends to continuously improve solutions.

· Coordinate tasks and timelines with stakeholders and project teams.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

· 2-3 years of experience as a web developer with leadership responsibilities.

· Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and backend programming languages.

· Solid understanding of web security concepts and secure coding practices.

· Experience with version control systems and agile development.

· Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

· Ability to work onsite in Cagayan de Oro City and collaborate across different time zones.
