The opportunity

We are seeking a talented and dedicated individual to join our team as an IT Support Technician at Victorian Placement Agency'. This is a full-time role based in Ayala Alabang, Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila. In this pivotal position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support and assistance to our valued clients.

Key responsibilities

  1. Respond promptly to user inquiries and help desk tickets, diagnosing and resolving a wide range of technical issues
  2. Provide on-site and remote support for hardware, software, and network-related problems
  3. Liaise with vendors and external IT service providers to coordinate the resolution of complex issues
  4. Document all support activities and maintain detailed records of problem-solving steps and solutions
  5. Offer guidance and training to end-users on the proper use of IT systems and applications
  6. Participate in the implementation of new technologies and infrastructure upgrades
  7. Contribute to the continuous improvement of IT service delivery and support processes

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar IT support role
  2. Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and network troubleshooting techniques
  3. Proficiency in the use of common IT tools and remote access software
  4. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  5. Effective communication and customer service skills
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  7. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
