About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team at AUGUSTIN INTERNATIONAL CENTER, INC.' in Muntinlupa City Metro Manila. This is a full-time role, providing exceptional customer support and same-day application processing. As a key member of our Call Centre, you will play a vital role in delivering a seamless customer experience.

What you'll be doing

  • Effectively handle inbound customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and chat
  • Process customer applications the same day they are received
  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members
  • Maintain detailed records and documentation of all customer interactions
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall customer experience

  • Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably within the same-day application processing industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers from diverse backgrounds
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on providing efficient and effective solutions
  • Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) systems and other relevant software
  • Adaptable to changing priorities and able to work in a fast-paced environment
