Medical Virtual Assistant – Behavioral Health

Location: Remote, supporting providers in Idaho & Oregon

EverCare Mobile Health is seeking a detail-oriented Medical Virtual Assistant (VA), with behavioral health experience, to join our behavioral health team. This role supports our clinical providers with administrative and patient coordination tasks, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Complete charting and occasional patient entry in EHR.

Contact facilities to confirm scheduled visits.

Reconcile provider sheets for new and deactivated patients daily.

Coordinate clinical consults per assigned provider.

Support Crosstx Behavioral Health Integration (BHI) processes.

Primary ownership of Crosstx patient entry.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in a medical or behavioral health setting (VA experience preferred).

Proficiency with EHR systems and virtual communication tools.

Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality (HIPAA compliance required).

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

Strong internet signal required.

Dual monitors are a plus.

Compensation: Competitive hourly rate, based on experience.
