In this role, your mission is to provide essential support to policyholders and ensure efficient insurance operations. You will make a direct impact by:

• Assisting policyholders with their insurance coverage and claims inquiries
• Managing and processing insurance claims with meticulous attention to detail
• Conducting risk evaluations and analyzing their financial impact on portfolios
• Maintaining accurate records of policy and claim information
• Processing billing claims in compliance with insurance regulations

This Role Is For You If… Experience

• You have proven experience in the insurance field

Technical Skills

• Proficient in CRM software and other relevant tools for customer service and claims processing

Qualifications

• Degrees or certifications in the insurance or healthcare field are preferred

Non-Negotiables

• Excellent communication skills focused on clarity, professionalism, and active listening
• High attention to detail and accountability
