Duties & Responsibilities:
- Project Coordination: Assisting with the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects, including setting up timelines, tracking progress, and managing resources.
- Administrative Support: Handling daily administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, preparing documents, and maintaining project files.
- Communication: Facilitating communication between team members, stakeholders, and other relevant parties, including drafting emails, preparing presentations, and organizing meetings.
- Documentation: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including reports, meeting minutes, and other relevant materials.
- Data Management: Collecting, organizing, and analyzing project data, contributing to progress reports and presentations.
General Qualifications
- Graduate of any business course
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Work Location: West Avenue, Quezon City
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday
- Can start ASAP
Job Type: Full-time
