DMCI Homes Property Management Corp. (DPMC), a subsidiary of DMCI Homes, is looking for a Property Manager.The successful candidate will be hired directly by DPMC.

Qualifications:

  • Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree related to Property Development, Real Estate Management, Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical), Finance, or Business Management
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Adept in different facets of Property Management such as financials, facilities, and community administration
  • With excellent customer service, interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
  • Preferably already holding the same position for at least 4-5 years
  • Preferably a resident of Baguio City or nearby areas
