We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join us as a Human Resources Assistant who can start ASAP.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support the recruitment process.
  • Manage administrative tasks, including maintaining employee records, updating databases, and organizing HR documents.
  • Assist in the onboarding sessions.
  • Handle employee inquiries regarding benefits.
  • Coordinate employee training programs.
  • Respond to employee queries on HR policies and procedures.
  • Aid in performance management processes by tracking performance management.
  • Collaborate with other departments on various projects and initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Admin, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in an HR support role is preferred but fresh graduates can apply
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems is advantageous.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php13, Php16,000.00 per month
