Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement e-commerce and digital marketing strategies to achieve sales targets and growth objectives.
  • Manage the company's online presence, including the website, social media channels, and email marketing programs.
  • Oversee the creation and optimization of website content, product listings, and marketing materials.
  • Analyze website traffic, sales data, and marketing campaign performance to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Manage email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation, content creation, and performance tracking.
  • Monitor competitor activities and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a consistent brand message.
  • Manage the e-commerce budget and track expenses.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing Management or any related field.
  • Experience in e-commerce and digital marketing.
  • Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing channels.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time
